Risotto, Etc.
One evening I was watching the food channel and one of the chefs was making Risotto. I asked myself whether the Arborio rice would take a little smoke and still perform well in the preparation of the dish. The result was wonderful. I hope you agree.
Eventually, I applied the same idea to shredded Coconut and Panko breadcrumbs, again with great results.

The finest Arborio rice is put in our smoker for a short time using a mixture of hardwoods for the natural smoke. The rice takes on that characteristic caramel tinge and just enough aroma to know you are dealing with something special.

We put Shredded Coconut in our smoker for a short time using a mixture of hardwoods for the natural smoke. The Coconut takes on a toasty crispness and just enough aroma to make any dish a little more interesting.
Use in Thai Shrimp Curry, or sprinkled on any asian or curry dish.

Try this as a coating for fish, veal cutlets, or pork.
