Tuscan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet, or 4 fillets about 6oz each
  • 0.5 cup dijon mustard
  • 3-4 tbsp Salty Don’s Tuscan Smoke

Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel.

Spread dijon mustard over salmon, coating fairly thickly. Sprinkle Tuscan Smoke over top of the dijon coating and press in to adhere.

Bake salmon in a 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or about 10 minutes for every inch (2.5cm) of thickness.
