Stawberries with Maple Kampot Pepper

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) fresh Stawberries, or a mixture of strawberries and other fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp (to taste) Salty Don’s Maple Kampot pepper blend
  • 1 tbsp (to taste) balsamic vinegar (optional)

Makes an excellent appetizer, snack, or dessert alongside a cheese tray.

1. Wash and hull strawberries, wash other berries if using. Dry off excess moisture.

2. Berries can be left whole, or sliced if very large.

3. Place berries in a serving dish and sprinkle lightly with balsamic vinegar, if using.

4. Sprinkle berries lightly with Maple Kampot pepper. Serve immediately.
