Pepper Geoff's Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Salty Don’s Smoked Garlic Pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

Whisk together oil and vinegar to emulsify. Wisk in the Smoked Garlic Pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes for flavours to blend.

Stir in the parmesan cheese just before serving. Toss with your favourite salad greens and croutons.
