Grilled Tuscan Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 2-3 eight inch Pita pocket breads
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Salty Don’s Tuscan Smoke

•  Split the Pita breads open into single rounds. Cut each round into triangles.

•  Brush both sides of each triangle with the olive oil and sprinkle the inner sides with the Tuscan Smoke blend.

•  Grill the Pita triangles for about 1 minute per side, just until slightly browned and crisped.

•  Remove to a serving plate and enjoy.
